Popular Swiss watchmaker, Tag Heuer has added yet another smartwatch to their stylish and luxury watch collection. The new addition sports a smaller body with the latest Silicon Valley technologies.
The new wearable device, known as the Connected Modular 41 follows the 2017 smartwatch- the Connected Modular 45. The new 41 model boasts a 41mm diameter (4 mm smaller than the previous model), to better suit smaller wrists.
As with previous smartwatches, the Connected Modular 41 is developed as a collaborative effort with Google and Intel. There have been reports however, of Intel taking a step back from the wearable’s industry. However, their involvement in the development of TAG Heuer’s Connected Modular 41 device has not been denied.
New and Improved
The new smartwatch from the Swiss watch-giant boasts a number of improvements on its previous offering, the 45mm version. Despite the new watch having a smaller diameter, it packs a bigger punch on all fronts.
Firstly, the screen on the new 41mm version is a 390 x 390 AMOLED screen, with a resolution of 326ppi as well as improved brightness which reaches a maximum of 350 nits.
In terms of the storage capacity, the 41 features 8GB, while the 45 is left behind with its smaller 4GB storage.
