Apple is all set to release three new iPhone models next year reports the KGI Securities analyst ‘Ming-Chi Kuo’ in his latest note to investors.
Kuo stated that Apple will release three new iPhone models next year and one of them will be a mid-range iPhone model. The yet to be revealed iPhone models will come in three sizes, 5.8 inches, 6.5-inches with OLED displays and a 6.1-inch version with an LCD display. All three new models will extract the features from the iPhone X.
All three models will be available with different screen resolution such as 5.8-inch screen model will have 458 PPI (Pixels Per Inch) as iPhone X with 2,436 x 1,125 pixels resolution. The 6.5-inch iPhone model will have between 480 to 500 PPI, and 6.1-inch model will have between 320 and 330 PPI.
In addition to screen resolution, all these models will have a full-screen design and a true depth camera similar to that of iPhone X. Kuo also mentioned that the iPhone X demand is still uprising, but having said that the iPhone 8 demand is declining.
