Huawei Mate 10 Official Image Leaked: October Launch Confirmed

Huawei generated quite the hype with slight hints concerning the Mate 10 flagship device. That hype has slowly been increasing as time went by, but Huawei decided to take matters into their own hands. What’s special about the Chinese smartphone manufacturing giant is the smart marketing strategies they employ before the launches of their latest flagship devices.

One of those strategies has been selective leaking in the midst of the anticipation period. This is usually best done when there are less than two months before the release. An extensive overview and a good set of images can cause quite a stir.

Huawei Australia broke the news with the Mate 10 leak and everybody was amazed at the sheer aesthetic beauty of the device, plus some pretty neat specs.

Let’s take a look what kind of wonder will be available on the 16th of October. By the looks of it, it’s going to be an autumn filled with gadgets like never before.

A dazzling new exterior

When it comes to Huawei’s dual camera phones, we have the next in line when it comes to these awesome flagship devices. What’s especially good about the Mate 10 is that Huawei went all out on this model and chose to hold nothing back when it comes to size.

The fun thing about this announcement is that Huawei Australia posted a pic and above the picture of the phone was a hashtag that says #beyondthegalaxy. We love the subtle jab at the competition and by the looks of it, the Mate 10 could really give the Galaxy flagship phones a run for their money.

It is made entirely out of metal and contains no excess details or props. Compared to other phones from the dual camera series, this Mate 10 is an embodiment of pure style and simplicity.

That simplicity exists in order to be able to put an emphasis on the sheer power that will be contained within the phone.

A sample of that power and a crucial part that will connect the metallic design and thin build is the majestic 6-inch display that will amaze with high-resolution graphics. It will be an Entire View screen with an ideal 18:9 aspect ratio.

The resolution will be at 2160 x 1080 and is definitely the best pixel ration that we have ever seen on a Huawei phone. Hopes are high and reasonably so.

Specs to be excited about

There’s more to the Mate 10 than meets the eye. As months go by, Huawei is proving more and more that they are capable of overtaking the smartphone throne in the near future. By the announcements concerning the Mate 10 specifications and the power it packs, it’s only a matter of time until the dethroning happens.

First of all, the most amazing feature under the hood is the Kirin 970 chipset. Adding such a new and innovative processor is an indicator that Huawei means business with the amount of power they added to the hardware.

It has an octa-core processor with two clusters – a Cortex A73 one and a Cortex A53 one. The entire processor is clocked at a cool 2.8 GHz.

Something like this would be an innovation for every company and with a move like this, Huawei is gunning straight for the throne, without a doubt.

Other details such as storage size and an ability to add a micro-SD card haven’t been revealed yet. But we bet it’s going to be a set of specs worthy of those already revealed. From previous experience, it’s safe to say that there will be more revealed in the upcoming weeks.

Conclusion

Is this finally it – the mythical and elusive perfect flagship device that will propel Huawei to the top of the tech market? Maybe. The little we know about all the spec gives much hope, not to mention the circulating rumors. A strengthened battery, a 20 MP camera and other speculations are just that, but one can’t help but be excited about it.

The aesthetic part is surely something to be amazed about and it looks like the increase in size is just what Huawei needed to combine with an array of amazing and bold features. October 16 can’t come soon enough.
