Google has finally expanded its voice assistant service in Germany, UK, and France for iPhone users. As Google Assistant for iOS was originally launched in May in the U.S. App Store, we can say that Google at some extent has delayed releasing this amazing feature to the above-mentioned countries.

Now with the release of Google Assistant app in the iOS App Store, users can do a certain number of tasks easily by just giving commands with their voice. Some of the basic tasks which users can do include –  making phone calls, setting reminders, setting calendar events, sending text messages, sending an email, playing music, opening an app, navigating places and checking the weather forecast.

The good news for Canadians iOS users is that they will be able to download the required “Google Assistant” app from the Canadian App Store very soon.

The reason for the delay of development of Canadian Google Assistant app is the extra time needed to provide support for French and Canadian English.
