Any Canadian user who has Skype on their iOS, or android devices will be able to send money from within the Skype mobile app to another user.

Apart from Canada, other countries that have access to similar feature include Belgium, Austria, UK, US, Cyprus, Finland, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Malta, Luxembourg, Portugal, Netherlands, San Marino, Slovenia, Slovakia and Spain.

The new update of the Skype mobile app has already started rolling out and if you are living in any of the above-mentioned countries than you can update your Skype version to enjoy benefits of this amazing new feature. Once you download the latest version of Skype mobile app you will be able to send money to PayPal accounts of your friends straight from the messaging app.

To make use of this feature, you need to select the “Find Option” from the top bar and then choose the option to “Send Money”. Further, type the amount which you want to send and then press the confirmation button. The only thing user have to keep in mind is that the new function is specially designed for sending payments to friends and family members and not for making the payments for acquiring goods or services from business firms.
