Bell Launches First Canadian-Made Twitter Live – Streaming Series “Slides” Empowering Youth

Bell recently in collaboration with a Canadian media company launched its first Canadian-made Twitter live streaming show, popularly called as “Sides”. Bell in a press release mentioned that the social first weekly series of the show “Sides” will resolute towards youth and it will be hosted by a group of teens for teens.

The new show will feature a rotating host panel of a group of six teens that will debate on current hot topics and on popular social media topics. Sides is scheduled to air weekly on every Wednesdays at 5 PM PT/8 PM ET.

As per reports, the first live-stream of the show that aired on 11th October reached over 45,000 views. While the second week of the show saw an increased audience of close to 400%.

 “With content being posted every day on the @SIDES social media channels, and the Much broadcast incorporating the conversations happening around each episode, the series is a living thing that our viewers can interact with and help shape from week to week”, mentioned Nanci MacLean, Vice-President and Head, Bell Media Studios in a statement.
