Samsung has showcased something new, something breakthrough, something that stands out among the other mobile devices in the mid-range. We are talking about Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.

Today we tell you all the features and price of the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus: 6.2 inch display with dual camera

Shortly before the MWC 2017, the notorious tech-leader Evan Blass, also known as @evleaks on twitter, has published a data sheet of the great top model Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. We assume that this is genuine, especially since Blass has very good contacts.

Design

The data sheet confirms that the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus has a massive 6.2 inch diagonal measuring WQHD Super AMOLED display, the 6.1 inch front cover – the rest of the panel is on the sides, similar to the Galaxy S7 edge (test) and the Galaxy Note 7.

Yes, the first time Samsung decides to incorporate such a large screen. We found dimensions of 159.5 x 73.4 x 8.1 mm and a weight of 173 gr. A body very well used.

Camera

Samsung is based on a so-called dual-pixel camera with 12-megapixel main camera. This means that Samsung dispensed with a camera with two sensors and on the front side, an eight-megapixel camera. In addition, the S8 Plus equipped with IP68 Dust and Water-resistant.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus with Iris scanner

The data sheet also confirms S8 (Plus) with Iris scanner, with which the user can unlock the device. Older leaks show that Samsung is stroking the hardware home button and possibly the fingerprint sensor is shipped to the back.

Other features include (at least) 64 gigabytes of internal memory that can be expanded with a micro SD card, four gigabytes of RAM. It is also certain that the Galaxy S8 (Plus) has a Qualcomm Snapdragon-835 processor or an Exynos chip. Furthermore, Samsung’s own payment method Samsung Pay on board.

Samsung knows that more and more users are asking for a breakthrough design, because in terms of hardware and functionality the market differs very little, but in terms of design, you could still take a step forward and Samsung has done so. In this Samsung Galaxy S8 + we see that it continues to opt for a curved screen, which adds quite aesthetically and ergonomically.

Infinity Display

Both the front of the screen has caused Samsung to dispense with the Home button, so this time the fingerprint sensor will move to the back, in a somewhat unusual but quite comfortable position. It is located to the right of the camera, and as we have seen, will have quite interesting functions.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus is a must buy
